甲状腺全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿临床效果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨甲状腺全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿的临床效果.方法 选取2008年6月至2012年2月在我院治疗的双侧结节性甲状腺肿患者106例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例.观察组行甲状腺全切除术,对照组行甲状腺次全切除术,比较两组疗效.结果 观察组手术时间为( 131.54±44.67) min,无复发;对照组手术时间为(103.73±19.78) min,复发率为13.21%;观察组手术时间明显多于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 甲状腺全切除术治疗双侧结节性甲状腺肿,不增加患者的住院时间,不会使患者并发症发生率升高,虽然延长手术时间,但可明显降低复发率.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of total thyroidectomy for bilateral nodu- lar goiter. Methods 106 patients with nodular goiter who had been treated in our hospital during the period of June 2008 to February 2012 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 53 for each group. The study group received total thyroidectomy and the control group received subtotal thyroidectomy. The efficacy of the two procedures were compared. Results The surgical duration was significantly longer and the recurrence rate was markedly lower in the study group than in the control group [( 131.54 + 44.67 ) min vs. (~ 103.73 + 19.78 ) min and 0% vs. 13.21%; P 〈 0.05]. Conclusions Total thyroidectomy for bilateral nodular goiter does not increase the length of hospital stay and incidence of complications; although total thyroidectomy has longer surgical duration, it can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
