摘    要:目的 探讨多种形式的教学方法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果.方法 选取护理学院2009级四年制护理本科生130人作为实验组,2008级四年制护理本科生128人作为对照组,实验组采用PBL、参与式教学法、比较教学法等方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,通过理论考试比较两组成绩,并用自制问卷调查实验组护生对多元化教学方法的主观评价.结果 两组学生考核平均成绩存在显著差异;多元化教学方法应用于内科护理学教学中受到护生好评.结论 采用多元化的教学方法,有利于充分调动学生的学习兴趣,满足学生多层次的学习需求,提高学生自主学习能力,从而提高教学效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of diversified teaching methods in teaching of medical nursing. Methods The study group received PBL, participation teaching, and comparative teaching while the control group received conventional teaching. The effects of teaching were assessed by theory test. The student nurses in the study group were surveyed for their subjective assessment of the diversified teaching methods by self-designed questionnaires, Results There were significant differ- ences in the average test results between the study group and the control group. Diversified teaching methods applied in medical nursing teaching were regarded as positive by student nurses. Conclusions Appli- cation of diversified teaching methods can mobilize students' interests in leafing, meet different needs for learning, enhance the abilities of self- learning, and then improve the teaching results.
