射频消融联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨分析射频消融联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2008年2月至2011年6月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者150例,将其随机分为两组,其中75例为实验组,采用射频消融联合臭氧介入治疗方法,剩余75例为对照组,采用传统腰椎间盘摘除术治疗方法,比较两组患者治疗效果及术后患者恢复情况.结果 术后1个月、3个月实验组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,并且术后3个月实验组有效率显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 射频消融联合臭氧治疗椎问盘突出症可以有效减少患者术后疼痛并提高治疗效果,安全性较好,值得在临床上推广.

The efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy for lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （ LDH ）. Methods The data on 150 patients with LDH who had been hospitalized during the period of February 2008 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly assigned to receive radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy （ 75 patients, study group ）, or traditional lumbar discectomy （ 75 patients, control group ）. The efficacy of the two procedures and the postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The scores on the VAS were markedly lower in the study group than in the control group on months 1 and 3. The effectiveness rate was signifiantly higher in the study group than in the control group 3 months after the procedure, with a statistical significance （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy for lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients and improve the efficacy, and has a better safety. It is worth popularizing clinically.
