优质护理在神经介入围手术期的护理效果

目的 探讨优质护理在神经介入手术围手术期的护理效果.方法 将本院收治的需要进行神经介入手术的86例患者随机分为优质护理组和常规护理组,分别给予围手术期的优质护理和常规护理,比较两组患者焦虑评分及患者对护理服务的满意率,以及术后并发症的发病率.结果 优质护理组焦虑评分、患者满意率、术后并发症的发病率分别为(1.4±1.1)分、95.3％、2.3％,而常规护理组分别为(3.1±1.8)分、83.7％、7.0％,优质护理组焦虑评分、并发症的发病率显著低于常规护理组(P＜ 0.05),而患者满意率显著高于常规护理组(P＜0.05).结论 在神经介入手术围手术期采用优质护理能够缓解患者焦虑情绪及术后并发症发病率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Effects of high quality nursing care in the perioperative period of neurointerventional surgery

ObJective To investigate the effects of high quality nursing care in the perioperative period of neurointerventional treatment. Methods 86 patients who needed neurointerventional surgery were randomly assigned to receive high quality care （ quality care group ） or routine care （ conventional care group ）. The anxiety scores and satisfaction rate for nursing service were compared between the two groups, so was the incidence rate of postoperative complications. Results The anxiety scores, satisfac- tion rate, and incidence rate of postoperative complications were （ 1.4 ± 1.1 ）, 95.3%, and 2.3% in the quality care group, while were （ 3.1 ± 1.8 ）, 83.7 %, and 7.0 % in the conventional care group. The anxiety score and the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the quality care group than in the conventional care group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the satisfaction rate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions High quality nursing care in the perioperative period of neurointerventional surgery can alleviate patient anxiety, lower the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worth popularizing clinically.
