应用化疗泵持续化疗的消化道肿瘤病人癌因性疲乏的护理干预研究

目的 探讨应用化疗泵持续化疗的消化道肿瘤病人癌因性疲乏的护理干预方法.方法 收集60病人随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组予常规护理;实验组进行系统的护理干预;应用简短疲乏评估表、癌症病人生活质量测定表、深入访谈法分别在护理干预前、护理干预4周后对两组病人进行癌因性疲乏和生活质量评估,比较两组病人疲乏减轻的程度及对生活质量的影响.结果 实验组与对照组的癌因性疲乏程度护理干预前比较,x2=0.31,P＞0.857,护理干预后比较x2=14.67,P＜0.002;护理干预前实验组与对照组病人生活质量比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05);护理干预后实验组与对照组病人生活质量比较差异有显著性(P＜ 0.01).结论 对病人进行认知干预、运动休息相结合的指导、饮食指导等,可以消除或缓解癌因性疲乏,提高病人的生活质量.

Nursing intervention for patients with cancer-related fatigue receiving motherapy with chemotherapy pumps for gastrointestinal cancers

ObJective To explore the methods of nursing intervention for patients with cancer- related fatigue receiving continuous chemotherapy with chemotherapy pumps for gastrointestinal cancers. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group received conventional care and the study group received systemic nursing intervention. Brief Fatigue Assessment. EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire, and in-depth interview were used to assess cancer- related fatigue and QOL before and 4 weeks after intervention. Results The study group was compared with the control group in the degrees of cancer-related fatigue before nursing intervention, X2 = 0.31 and P 〉 0.857; after intervention, X 2= 14.67, and P 〈 0.002, Quality of life did not differ significantly between the two groups before nursing intervention （ P〉 0.05 ） but differ significantly after intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Systemic nursing intervention including cognitive intervention, proper ex- ercise and rest, and rational dietary can eliminate or relieve cancer-related fatigue and improve quality of life in patients.
