阿奇霉素联合克拉霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效分析

目的 研究阿奇霉素联合克拉霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的小儿支原体肺炎患者115例,将其随机分为观察组58例和对照组57例.所有患者均给予一般支持治疗及化痰、止咳、退热等对症治疗.在此基础上,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合克拉霉素治疗.所有患儿均治疗2个疗程.结果 治疗后,观察组患儿发热消退、咳嗽消失、肺部体征消失及肺部X线恢复时间均显著短于对照组患儿(P＜ 0.01).接受2个疗程治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.6％,显著高于对照组的84.2％(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.2％,显著低于对照组的17.5％(P＜0.05).结论 阿奇霉素联合克拉霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎起效快、疗效好、安全性好,值得临床推广应用.

Azithromycin combined with clarithromycin for mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To explore the efficacy of combination therapy with azithromycin and clarithromycin for mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 115 children with mycoplasma pneu- monia were randomly divided into study group （ 58 children ） and control group （ 57 children ）, All the children received supporting therapy and symptomatic treatment. The study group received additional azithromycin combined with ctarithromycin for two cycles of treatment white the control group received azithromycin alone. Results Time to disappearance of of fever, cough, and pulmonary signs and time to normalization of lung appearance on X-ray were markedly shorter in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.01 ）. The overall effectivenesss rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group after 2 cycles of treatment （ 96.6% vs. 84.2%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group （ 5.2% vs. 17.5%, P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Azithromycin combined with clarithromycin is rapid, efficacious, and safe in the treat- ment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. It is worth popularizing clinically.
