老年2型糖尿病患者的风险因素分析

目的 分析老年2型糖尿病患者的风险因素,为早期防治糖尿病提供科学依据.方法 采用病例对照研究方法,选择我院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者196例,为病例组.同时随机选取本院因为消化、呼吸系统疾病收治的非糖尿病患者392例,为对照组.采用多因素分析和ROC曲线分析相结合的方法分析患者发生2型糖尿病的相关风险因素.结果 男性、肥胖、高血压、高胆固醇、高甘油三酯、水果摄入量少、糖尿病家族史是老年人群发生2型糖尿病的风险因素,其ROC曲线下面积分别是0.732、0.693、0.756、0.783、0.757、0.674、0.896.结论 针对老年人群发生2型糖尿病的风险因素,应开展相应的干预措施,防治结合,从而降低糖尿病患者的致死致残率.

An analysis on risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients

Objective To analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients, and to provide scientific basis for early prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods A case-control study was used. 196 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mel litus were enrolled into the case group and 392 non-diabetic patients with digestive or respiratory system diseases were randomly selected into the control group. Multivariate analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve were used to analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results Male, obesity, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, little fruit intake, and family history of diabetes were the risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus in older populatior~ the area under the curve was 0.732, 0.693, 0.756, 0.783, 0.757, 0.674, and 0.896, respectively. Conclusions For the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly population, corresponding intervention measures including prevention with control should be taken to reduce the mortality rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elder patients.
