非洛地平缓释片联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗中青年高血压病有效性的临床评价

目的 观察非洛地平缓释片联合美托洛尔缓释片联合用药对高血压患者的降压效果.方法 将160例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组:80例用非洛地平缓释片联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗；对照组:80例非洛地平缓释片单药治疗,比较随访8周的血压达标率及安全性、耐受性情况.结果 (1)血压达标百分率:治疗组93.75％,对照组75％.(2)与药物相关的不良反应事件:治疗组(8.751％),对照组(7.5％).结论 非洛地平联合美托洛尔降压疗效确切,且安全性、耐受性好,依从性高.

Clinicai evaluation on efficiency of felodipine-metoproiol combination therapy in middle- aged essential hypertension

ObJective To evaluate the efficiency of felodipine-metoprolol combination therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 160 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group： 80 cases with felodipine combined with metoprolol treatment; control group： 80 cases with felodipine monotherapy, after 8 weeks of follow-up, the blood pressure, compliance rate and safety and tolerability situation were compared. Results ~After 8 weeks＇ associated combination treatment of antihypertension, the percentage of the persons who had attained the target were 93.75% in treatment group, and 75% in control group;~ The main adverse reaction related to the treatment group was 10% and 7.5% in control group. Conclusion The antihypertensive efficiency of felodipine combined with metoprolol can reach the target, with good safety, tolerance and high compliance.
