经阴道彩超检测异位妊娠子宫血循环阻力指数的诊断价值

目的:探讨异位妊娠子宫血循环的特征性改变,提高异位妊娠的诊断率。方法:应用阴道彩超检测56例未破型宫外孕的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉和滋养层动脉血流阻力指数(R I)值,并与60例宫内早孕作对照分析。结果:异位妊娠组子宫动脉平均R I值高于宫内早孕组(P<0.01)。异位妊娠组子宫螺旋动脉彩色多普勒的阳性率则明显低于宫内早孕组(P<0.01);异位妊娠组附件区滋养动脉检出率为95%,特异性100%。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合临床资料可早期确诊异位妊娠或宫内妊娠。

Clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler testing of resistance index of uterine blood circulation in ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To explore the specific change in uterine blood circulation in ectopic pregnancy and improve the diagnostic rate of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The blood flow resistant index(RI) of uterine artery,helix artery and trophoblast artery in 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 60 cases of normal pregnancy in its early stage were tested by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVCD).Results:The mean RI value of uterine artery in the ectopic pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group(P<0.01).The detection rate of the uterine artery in ectopic pregnancy was 95%,while specificity was 100%.Conclusion:The correct TVCD diagnosis combining with clinical materials can affirm the diagnosis of normal pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy in early stage.
