飞行员生活事件、应对方式、自我和谐之间的路径分析

目的调查分析空军飞行员生活事件、应对方式、自我和谐三者之间的关系,为其心理咨询和治疗提供支持。方法运用整群抽样方法,采用自我和谐量表、生活事件量表、应对方式问卷对260名空军飞行员进行测评。结果①空军飞行员自我和谐状况较好,自我和谐总分低分者占72.57%。②单因素方差分析:不同年龄组空军飞行员自我与经验的不和谐分量表分及自我和谐总分差异有统计学意义(F=3.674,P0.05;F=4.964,P0.01)。③独立样本t检验:不同婚姻状况空军飞行员自我与经验的不和谐分量表分及自我和谐总分差异有统计学意义(t=2.527,P0.05;t=2.262,P0.05)。④相关性分析:空军飞行员总飞行时间与自我的灵活性分量表分及自我和谐总分存在显著相关(r=-0.164,P0.05;r=0.151,P0.05)。⑤相关性分析:空军飞行员不同应对方式与自我和谐各分量表分及总分均存在显著相关(r=0.195～0.616,P0.01)。⑥AMOS路径分析:空军飞行员应对方式在生活事件影响自我和谐过程中的总调节影响为32%。结论①空军飞行员自我和谐状况总体良好。②应对方式对空军飞行员自我和谐水平有较大影响。

Analysis of pathway of relationships among life events,coping style and self-consistency in pilots

Objective To investigate the relationships among life events,coping style and self-consistency in pilots and in order to provide support for psychological counseling and treatment.Methods Cluster sampling was used.260 pilots were investigated by self consistency and congruence scale （SCCS）,life event scale （LES）and coping style questionnaire （CSQ）.Results ① The situation of self-consistency of airforce pilots was quite well and pilots with lower score of self-consistency accounted for 72.57%。②One-factor analysis of variance showed that there was significantly difference of the score of disharmony between self and experience and total score of self consistency among different age groups（F=3.674,P0.05;F=4.964,P0.01）.③Independent-samples T test showed that there was significantly difference of the score of disharmony between self and experience and total score of self consistency among pilots with different marital status（t=2.527,P0.05;t=2.262,P0.05）.④Correlation analysis showed that the total flight time was significant correlated with the score of self flexibility and total score of self consistency in pilots （r=-0.164,P 0.05;r=0.151,P0.05）.⑤Correlation analysis showed that different coping styles were closely correlated with the total and each factor score of the self consistency（r=0.195～0.616,P0.01）。⑥Pathway analysis of AMOS showed that the effect of coping style accounted for 32% of total regulative effect of life event in self consistency and congruence.Conclusion ①The situation of elf consistency and congruence of airforce pilots was well.②Coping Style had obviously regulative effect on the level of self consistency and congruence of airforce pilots.
