复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的　探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　治疗组 (5 6例 )服用复方丹参滴丸每次 1 0粒 ,每日 3次。对照组 (5 2例 )服用硝酸异山梨酯片每次 1 0mg ,每日 3次 ,两组用药时间均为 6周 ,治疗期间详细记录病情变化和各种反应。结果　心绞痛的改善治疗组总有效率 87 5 % ,显著高于对照组(6 1 4% ) ;心电图的改变治疗组总有效率 85 7% ,显著高于对照组 5 1 9% ;血流变的改善总有效率为 76 1 % ,与对照组相比 ,具有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　复方丹参滴丸是较可靠的冠心病心绞痛治疗药物。

Clinical Study on Complex Dansheng Guttate Pills in Treatment for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective Probe into the clinical curative effect of complex dansheng guttate pills on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Method Each patients in observation group were given complex dansheng guttate pills orally 10 pills t.i.d., while those in control group were given orally isosorbide dinitrate tablet 10 mg t.i.d., both for 6 weeks. Patient’s condition and every reaction were recorded in detail. Results For angina pectoris, the total effective rate of observation group was 85 7%, significantly higher than that of control group (61 4%); as for ECG improvement, the former total effective rate was 85 7%, significantly higher than that of later (51 9%); for blood rheologic improvement, the total effective rate of the former was 76 1% having significant difference ( P <0 05) compared with the control group. Conclusion Complex dansheng guttate pills is more reliable medicine to cure angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
