| 摘 要： | 新诊断2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者72例随机分为短期持续性皮下胰岛素泵（CSII）组及多次胰岛素皮下注射（MSII）组。结果提示短期CSII及MSII治疗均可改善新诊断T2DM患者胰岛β细胞功能、减轻胰岛素抵抗；CSII较MSII效果好。其疗效与病程长短、治疗前血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平以及医师的技能有关。

| Abstract: | 72 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion（CSII） group and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection （MSII） group. The results showed that the short-term treatment of CSII and MSII could improve the β-cell function and lessen the insulin resistance in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients, and CSII might be more effective. The effect was correlated to the course, levels of blood glucose,insulin, and C-peptide before treatment. |
