| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨榄香烯对体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞株BGC-823中乙酰肝素酶（HPA）表达水平的影响。方法 采用免疫细胞化学方法对药物作用后的BGC-823细胞HPA在蛋白水平进行检测。结果 榄香烯能明显抑制人胃腺癌细胞株BGC-823的生长并降低HPA表达水平，且有时间剂量依赖性。结论 榄香烯通过降低胃腺癌细胞HPA蛋白表达水平，从而遏制了肿瘤血管、淋巴管转移，为肿瘤靶向治疗提供了理论基础和实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence Elemene on the expression level of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line cultured in vitro and effected by Elemene. Methods HPA expression level of BGC-823 cell affected by ilemene was detected by Immunocytochemistry. Results Elemene could restrain the growth of gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 cell and reduce its HPA expression level obviously. Moreover, this effect was COiTelated with time and concentration. Conclusion Elemene prevents from metastasis via lymphatic or blood vessels by reducing HPA expression level of gastric adenocarcinoma ceil. This conclusion provides theoretic foundation and experimental proof for tumor-aimed therapy. |
