银杏叶提取物治疗抗抑郁剂所致不良反应对照研究

目的探讨银杏叶提取物缓解抗抑郁剂治疗初期所致不良反应的临床效果。方法将100例抑郁症患者随机分为两组各50例，研究组给予抗抑郁剂联合银杏叶提取物注射液治疗，对照组单用抗抑郁剂治疗，观察6w。于治疗前和治疗第1w、2w、3w、4w、5w、6w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表及抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评定临床疗效，并记录两组不良反应。结果两组治疗后各周末汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表及抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01），并随着治疗时间的延续均呈持续性下降；治疗各周末研究组均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．05或0．01）。研究组治疗第1w、2w、3w末不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01），4w末起两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论银杏叶提取物注射液能有效缓解抗抑郁剂治疗初期所致的不良反应，显著提高治疗依从性。

A control study of Ginaton relieving adverse reactions caused by antidepressant at initial stage

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ginaton relieving adverse reactions caused by antidepressant at initial stage. Methods One hundred hospitalized depression patients were randomly assigned to research group（n= 50） treated with antidepressant plus Ginaton injection and control group（n= 50） with single antidepressant for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）, the Self-rating Depression Sacle（SDS） and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） before treatment and at the ends of the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th and 6th week treatment, and adverse reactions recorded. Results After treatment, scores of the HAMD, H AMA,SDS and SAS of both groups all lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment（P〈0. 01） and did continously along with time of therapy lasting; those lowered more significantly at each weekend in the research than in the control group（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. incidences of adverse reactions were significantly lower in the research than in the control group at the ends of the first three week（P〈0.05 or 0. 01） , there were no significant differences between the 2 groups since the end of the 4th week（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Ginaton injection can effectively relieves adverse reactions caused by antidepressant at initial stage, improve drug＇s compliance and augment drug＇s efficacy.
