PFN钉治疗股骨粗隆骨折(附24例报告)

目的 评价PFN钉治疗股骨粗隆骨折的临床疗效.方法 通过对2003年6月一2007年4月采用PFN钉治疗的24例股骨粗隆骨折病例进行随访.对每一例的骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能、并发症进行分析,评价该治疗方法的疗效.结果 所有病例皆获满意疗效.骨折的平均愈合时间为12.9周,参照Sanders髋关节创伤后的功能评分标准,优良率达95.8%,术中平均出血246ml,无并发症.结论 PFN钉是治疗股骨粗隆骨折的有效治疗方法.

Ttreatment of femoral trochanter fracture with PFNnail

Objective To analyz the clinical result of the treatment of femoral trochanter fracture with PFN nail. Methods From June 2003 to April 2007, 24 cases involved the femoral trochanter fracture treated with PFN nails have been followed ; the healing time , hip function and complication of each case were evaluated.Results An the cases got good results.The average healing time is 12.9 weeks.The rate of excellent and good is 95.8% according to the Sanders post-trauma hip function assessing system.The average vol- ume of blood loss during operation is 246 nil,without complication.Conclusions The application of PFN nails is the effective way to treat femoral trochanter fracture.
