| 摘 要： | 利用12种凝集素测定了39例无性细胞瘤(DG)、18例内胚窦瘤(EST)、4例胚胎性癌(EC)的凝集素受体表达。结果表明,12种凝集素受体在三种肿瘤中的分布不一。ConA、PHA受体表达与无性细胞瘤临床期别有关。PHA、SJA受体表达分别与无性细胞瘤和内胚窦瘤的浸润转移有关。凝集素受体测定对阐明卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤组织发生、分化、生物学行为以及指导临床治疗具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Twelve kinds of lectins which had different sugar specifity were used to examine the distribution of lectin receptors in the specimens of 39 dysgerminoma (DG), 18 endlodermal sinus tumor (EST) and 4 embryonal carcinoma (EC). The distribution of lectin receptors varied in the specimens of DG and EST. EC. The expression of ConA. PHA receptor correlated with the clinical stage of DG. The expression of PHA receptor correlated with the invasion and matastasis of DG, while SJA receptor with that of EST. The findings suggest that the localization of lectin receptors are significantly valuable in explaining the histogenesis , differentiation, biological behavior of malignant germ cell tumor. |
