股骨头缺血性坏死造模的实验研究

目的：制作激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的动物模型。方法：将30只成年三黄鸡随机分实验组、对照组2组，实验组注射马血清后大量使用地塞米松，2组分别进行股骨头内PO2、pH值测定和组织学检查。结果：实验组第6周出现股骨头缺血性坏死，复制成功率33．3％，第12周成功率83．3％，总成功率60．0％。结论：鸡注射马血清后大量使用激素可成功地复制出激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的动物模型。

Animal Model Study of Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective:To copy experimental animal model of steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head.Methods:Thirty adult cocks were divided into experimental group and contrast group.The experimental group were injected horse serum,then much steroid,both groups'femoral heads were checked PO 2 pH with medical sensors and performed histology study.Results:In 6 week,there were ischemic necrosis of femoral head in experimental group,success percent 33.3,in 12week success percent 83.3,total percent 60.0.Conclusion:It could efficiently copy animal model of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head by administering horse serum and much steroid in cocks.
