双J管在上尿路结石手术中的应用

目的探讨双J管在上尿路结石手术中的置管方法、时间、效果、适应证及并发症. 方法回顾性分析240例上尿路结石患者:研究组132例,术中应用双J管作内支架、内引流;对照组108例,术中不放双J管.比较两组术后伤口引流量、伤口感染率、漏尿情况. 结果研究组术后无一例漏尿,伤口引流物明显减少,伤口感染率显著降低(P<0.01). 结论双J管具有内支架及内引流的双重作用,可广泛应用于上尿路结石手术.

Application of Double J Tube on the Operation of Upper Urinary Calculi

Objective To investigate the method, time, effect, indication and complication of double J tube in the operation of upper urinary calculi. Methods 240 cases of upper urinary calculi were divided into two groups:132 cases underwent internal stent and internal drainage with double J tube were assigned to study group, 108 cases in which double J tube were not placed were assigned to control group. The wound drainage, incidence of wound infection, urine leakage were statistically compared in two groups. Results In study group, no urine leakage occured, the wound drainage and wound infection were significantly reduced comparing with control group. Conclusions The double J tube can be functioned as internal stent and internal drainage, worth to be applied in the upper urinary calculi operation.
