尺动脉路径行冠状动脉造影及支架术35例体会

目的探讨经尺动脉行冠状动脉造影及支架术的可行性及经验。方法 35例患者经尺动脉路径行冠脉造影及支架术,其中22例冠状动脉造影,13例冠状动脉造影加支架术。结果 30例成功,5例失败,3例系穿刺成功后导管不能通过迂曲尺动脉,2例为穿刺后尺动脉痉挛,导丝未能进入尺动脉,13例成功行支架植入术。所有病例未出现并发症。结论经尺动脉路径行冠状动脉造影及支架术操作可行、安全,并发症少,是股动脉及桡动脉途径以外的一种安全、有效的介入路径,并且可作为经桡动脉路径失败时可以选择的替代手段。

35 cases experience of coronary angiography and stenting through the path of ulnar artery

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and experience of coronary angiography and stenting through the path of ulnar artery.Methods 35 patients after coronary angiography and stenting through the path of ulnar artery.Of which 22 cases of coronary angiography and 13 cases of coronary stenting.Results 30 cases of success,failure in 5 cases,3 cases of successful percutaneous but catheter system could not go through tortuous ulnar artery,2 cases wire guide could not enter the spasm ulnar artery after the puncture,13 patients with successful stent implantation.All cases without complications.Conclusions Artery coronary angiography and stent implantation operation were feasible,safe,and less complication through the path of ulnar artery.It was a safe and effective intervention path other than femoral artery and radial artery And can be used as alternatives choice after the radial artery path failure
