| 摘 要： | 本文提出对尿酸结石的治疗以溶石疗法为主,尽力寻找并积极进行病因治疗。还对尿酸结石所致肾后性尿路梗阻的处理和手术的主要适应症也进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This study suggests that lyso-urolithiasis therapy is a main method for treatment of uric acid lithiasis,but it is highly important to search for the etiology.In addition,the treatment and indications of operation of urinary obstrution induced by uric acid lithiasis also is discussed. |
