小剂量阿斯匹林对老年人胃肠粘膜的影响

目的探讨小剂量阿斯匹林对老年人胃肠粘膜的影响。方法82例服用小剂量阿斯匹林(50~100 mg.d-1)老年患者分成服药<3个月组和>3个月组两组,进行胃镜检查和幽门螺杆菌(Hp)检测并与对照组(自愿健康体检者60例)进行比较。结果观察组患者胃体、胃窦、十二指肠球部粘膜损伤评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),>3个月患者胃体、胃窦、十二指肠球部粘膜损伤评分明显高于<3个月组(P<0.05)。观察组Hp阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Hp阳性和阴性患者胃、十二指肠球部粘膜损伤评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Hp阳性患者胃、十二指肠球部粘膜损伤评分明显高于Hp阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿斯匹林对老年人胃肠粘膜有一定损伤,用药时间越长损伤程度越大,Hp感染阳性较阴性胃粘膜损伤重。

Impact of small dose aspirin on gastrointestinal mucosa in the aged

Objective To investigate the effects of small dose of aspirin on gastrointestinal mucosa in the aged.Methods Eighty-two old patients administered with small dose Asplin(50～100 mg·d~(1))were divided into two groups,administration group of below 3 months and group of over 3 months.Gastroscopy and detection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) were performed in observation group and compared with those in control group(60 cases of health).Results Scores of injury of mucosa in body of stomach,gastric antrum and duodenal bulb in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Scores of injury of mucosa in body of stomach,gastric antrum and duodenal bulb in group of over 3 months were obviously higher than those in group of below 3 months(P<0.05).Scores of injury of mucosa in body of stomach,gastric antrum and duodenal bulb in observation groups of patients with positive and negative Hp were obviously higher than those in control group.(P<0.05).Scores of injury of mucosa in body of stomach,gastric antrum and duodenal bulb in observation group of positive Hp were obviously higher than those in group of negative Hp(P<0.05).Conclusion Small dose aspirin was damaged to gastrointestinal mucosa in the aged.The longer time of administration and the severe is injury.Injury of gastrointestinal mucosa caused by positive Hp is severe than that caused by negative Hp.
