摘    要:观察丹参对成骨细胞缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以人髂骨骨膜为材料进行成骨细胞的体外培养,经丹参预处理后,行模拟缺血-再灌注采用唑蓝比色法测定细胞的夏活率。结果:预处理组成骨细胞的存活率明显高于对照组。结论:丹参对人成骨细胞缺血-再灌注有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of RSM precondition on human osteoblast being injuried by ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Human osteoblasts were obtained by explanting the iliac periostenum cultured in DMEM media. Cultured osteoblasts were exposed to mimicking ischemia-reperfusion after a short time of RSM preconditioning. The cellular survival rate was determined with MTT method. Results: In preconditioning group, the osteoblast survival rate was significantly increased. Conclusion: RSM preconditioning can protect osteoblast against its ischemia-reperfusion injury.
