广西家犬携带狂犬病毒的实验研究

目的：调查研究广西地区外观健康的家犬是否携带狂犬病毒。方法：从广西13个县（市收集了外观健康的家犬犬脑标本140份，采用小鼠颅内接种试验、间接免疫荧光技术、夹心ELISA试验、小鼠中和试验以及逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法检测脑标本中的狂犬病毒及共相应的抗原。结果：除RT-PCR的检出率稍低（2.86％，4/140）外，其余4种方法均获得3.57％（5/140）的检出率。而且，不同县（市）的检出率亦有所不同。结论：以实验室方法首次证实了广西外观健康的家犬确实携带有狂犬病毒，从而为过去的流行病学调查资料提供了科学的实验室依据，对进一步做好狂犬病的预防和控制有重要的意义。

Experimental study on rabies virus carried by home bred dog in Guangxi

Objective To detect rabies virus in brain from home bred dog.Methods 140 brain samples from home bred dogs in 13 counties (cities) of Guargxi were collected.The methods used to detect the rabies virus in brain samples were mouse intracranial inoculation test,indirect immunofluorescent antibody test,sandwich enzyme immune test,mouse neutralization test and reverse transcrip_tion_polymerase chain reaction(RTPCR).Results Except the lower positive rate of 2.86%(4/140) obtained by RT_PCR,other four methods could unanimously reach the positive rate of 3.57%(5/140).Furthermore,the positive rates in different areas were very different.The problems concerned in this paper were analysed and discussed.Conclusion Rabies viruses in the brains from home bred dogs in Gnangxi are firstly confirmed.These results can provide scientific laboratory basis for the epidemiological data obtained in the past,and are of significance for further preventing and controlling rabies.
