早期心理干预对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响

目的：观察早期心理干预对乳腺癌患者生活质量的临床影响。方法从我院收治入院的乳腺癌患者中抽取60例，根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施早期心理干预，对比观察两组患者生活质量及临床效果。结果观察组患者干预后癌症康复评价简表（CABES-SF）与总体幸福感（GWB量表）评分均明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者实施早期心理干预，能够有效改善患者心理状态，明显提高患者的康复情况与生活质量，具有进一步推广应用的价值。

Effect of early psychological intervention on life quality of breast cancer patients

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical impact of early psychological intervention on life quality of breast cancer patients. Methods 60 cases with breast cancer in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different care methods,the control group was cared by routine care, the observation group were cared by routine care and early psychological intervention, the life quality and clinical effect of the two groups were compared and observed. Results After intervention,the CABES-SF and GWB in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference had statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Applying early sychological intervention on breast cancer patients can improve their psychological state,significantly improve recovery and life quality of the patients,it＆#39;s worthy for clinical.
