临床医学院教学查房质量监控体系的实施体会

目的：提高教学查房质量。方法从教学查房质量保证体系、教学查房内容管理、教学查房过程管理、教学查房研究、教学查房创新五方面建立教学查房质量监控体系并加以实施。结果教学查房质量监控体系的实施是提高教学查房质量的有效途径。结论教学查房质量的提高对临床教学整体水平的提高至关重要，通过建立教学查房质量监控体系，对教学查房各个环节进行质量监控，可以有效保证其质量。

Implementation of the Quality Monitoring System for Teaching Ward Round in Clinical Medical Schools

Objective To improve the quality of teaching ward round. Methods The quality monitoring system for teaching ward round was established and implemented from five perspectives： The quality assurance system, content management, process management, research and innovation of teaching ward round. Results Implementation of the quality monitoring system for teaching ward round was an effective approach to improve the quality of teaching ward round. Conclusion Improvement of the quality of teaching ward round is critical to improvement of the overall clinical education. Establishing the quality monitoring system for teaching ward round to conduct quality monitoring on each link of teaching ward round can effectively ensure the quality of teaching ward round.
