药事管理专业及方向学生培养现状及发展建议

目的探究药事管理学科培养学生的发展动态,设置药事管理本科专业的院校、招收研究生的院校,以及招生规模人数等情况。方法通过文献研究方式,对教育部官方网站、研究生招生信息网、《中国药学年鉴》搜集到的资料进行分析。结果与结论 （1）设置药事管理本科专业的院校逐年增多。自1984年药事管理学科成立以来,经过老一辈药事管理教研人员的辛勤工作,组建师资队伍、设立教研机构、编写教材,为探索培养药事管理专业学生做出了贡献。2004年,教育部正式批准中国药科大学设置药事管理本科专业。经过10年的发展,截至2012年,已有10所院校设置了药事管理本科专业。（2）药事管理专业（方向）硕士研究生的培养逐渐规模化。经过近10年的发展,药事管理硕士研究生培养机构的数量从19所增加至27所。自主设置＂药事管理学＂专业的院校由沈阳药科大学、四川大学、天津大学3所,增加至沈阳药科大学、四川大学、西安交通大学、江西中医药大学、河南大学、河南中医学院、武汉大学、郑州大学、烟台大学9所院校。（3）药事管理博士研究生的培养得到了重视与发展。经过近10年的发展,第二军医大学增设了＂社会与管理药学＂博士点,北京大学、辽宁中医药大学、重庆医科大学、广西医科大学在其他专业下招收培养药事管理研究方向的博士研究生。不论是药事管理研究方向的高校数量,还是博士生导师人数,以及招生人数都有所增多。（4）当前,药事管理高层次人才处于急缺的状态,而药事管理专业学生,尤其是研究生的培养起步较晚,相对于药事管理领域高层次人才的需求严重滞后。建议：扩大药事管理本科生招生规模;扩大研究生的招生,发挥研究生的作用;更多地参与国外交流学习;加强高校与药品企事业单位的合作培养。

Educational Status of Students Majored in Pharmacy Administration and Some Suggestions for Development

Objective To explore the educational situation of students majored in pharmacy administration and provide suggestions for educational development.Methods Literature study was used in analyzing the information from the Ministry of Education official websites,Graduate Admissions website,China Pharmacy Yearbook.Results and Conclusion The number of colleges that enroll students majored in pharmacy administration was gradually increased.By year 2012,10 colleges had set up this major in undergraduate programs;27 institutions and 9 universities in the graduate programs.Some,such as Peking University,Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University,Chongqing Medical University,began to enroll doctoral students majored in pharmacy administration under other professions.However,advanced personnel of pharmacy administration are desperately short in current China.It is suggested to expand the enrollment of pharmacy administration undergraduate and graduate students,provide students with more opportunities to exchange with colleges abroad,and strengthen cooperation between colleges and pharmaceutical enterprises.
