妊娠合并麻疹15例诊疗体会

目的：分析妊娠合并麻疹的临床特点及预后。方法对15例妊娠合并麻疹临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果妊娠合并麻疹中毒症状重，消化道症状重，易引起心、肝、肺等重要脏器损害的并发症，易导致死胎、流产、早产及新生儿麻疹。结论须重视成人麻疹的诊治及预防，对出疹的孕妇要格外警惕以加强护理及治疗以减少医疗纠纷。建议在怀孕前接种麻疹风疹疫苗，以保证母婴安全。注意疫苗的接种间隔与妊娠的时间应2~3个月以上。

Diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of measles during pregnancy

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of pregnancy with measles. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of pregnancy with measles were retrospectively analyzed. Results The pregnancy with measles showed poisoning symptoms,gastrointestinal symptoms,easily with the complications of heart,liver,lung and other organs,easily with abortion,stillbirth,premature birth and neonatal measles. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the diagnosis and prevention of adult measles,especially the rash of pregnant women should be alert to strengthen nursing and treatment in order to reduce medical disputes. Rubella vaccine should be done before pregnancy measles in order to ensure the safety of mother and infant. Pay attention to the vaccination time interval and the pregnancy should be more than 2 to 3 months.
