药事管理教学、科研成果分析及其研究建议

目的汇总我国药事管理学科教学、科研取得的成果,总结历史,分析现状,并提出对未来发展的建议。方法通过相关高校官方网站、丁香通-国家自然科学基金查询网站、药学教育研究会网站、中国高校人文社会科学信息网、《中国药学年鉴》、《药学学科发展报告》等搜索收集资料,采用文献研究方式对其进行整理分析。结果药事管理学科取得了一定的教学、科研成果,但相较于药学其他学科,高水平论文较少,课题数量仍较少;研究内容宽泛,深度不够;研究成果的应用受到限制。结论 （1）药事管理研究关注度提升,参与研究的人员及研究成果数量逐年增多;（2）高校人群中学术研究发展不够均衡,差异较大;（3）药事管理研究的内容主要围绕着药品管理的热点问题：实施基本药物制度的研究,药品质量管理规范的研究,药品注册、生产、经营、使用及药品管理法规建设的研究;（4）药事管理研究内容宽泛,但深度不够,部分研究仅局限于定性研究,缺乏实证、数据支持,科学性不强;（5）高水平研究论文较少,发表在SCI/SSCI收录杂志的文章少,与国外交流较少;（6）各类基金资助的研究课题较少,尤其是国家级基金资助的课题更少;（7）研究成果较少,研究成果推广性较差;（8）研究人群的广泛性不够,广大药品监督管理干部,药品生产、经营、使用管理人员及高校教师的参与度较差。建议：（1）重视国际合作交流,提高论文水平;（2）加强不同机构间的合作研究,促进产学研的结合;（3）推广核心研究机构的模式,供其他机构借鉴;（4）鼓励药品生产、流通、使用行业人员参与药事管理研究;（5）吸引更多研究人员参与药事管理研讨,同时注重专业人员的培养;（6）突出药事管理研究的专业性;（7）点面结合,对关键问题进行深入研究;（8）学习社会学、管理学的研?

Analysis of Teaching and R & D Achievements of Pharmacy Administration in China

Objective To analyze the current situation of pharmacy administration and provide suggestions for development of the discipline by summarizing the achievements made in this field.Methods Literature study was used in analyzing the information fromChina Pharmacy Yearbook and the Ministry of Education,Drug Administration and other official websites.Results Achievements have been in the teaching and research on pharmacy administration discipline,but the number of high-level papers and programs was less than that of other pharmacy disciplines.Its research contents were broad yet inadequate in depth.As a result,the application of research achievements was limited.Conclusion（1）Attention to pharmacy administration research got enhanced.The number of conference papers and participating researchers increased year by year.（2）Research capabilities of colleges were not balanced.（3）Pharmacy administration research focus on the hot issues of drug administration,such as implementation of essential drug system and Licensed Pharmacist,promulgation of drug quality management registrations and so on.（4）The research scope of pharmacy administration was broad,while the depth was not enough.Some studies were qualitative research lacking of empirical data to support convincing results.（5）The number of literatures increased while high-level papers published in SCI/SSCI journal articles indexed were not so much.（6）Funded subjects were less than other disciplines of pharmacy,especially the subjects supported by national funds.（7）Research achievements were less than other disciplines.（8）The extensiveness of the study population was not enough.And the participation of staffs from drug administration,pharmaceutical manufacturing,supply and operation was not enough.It was proposed to（1）pay more attention to international cooperation to promote the level of papers;（2）strengthen cooperation between different research institutions to promote the integration of production,education and research;（3）popula
