念珠菌感染特性与耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨本院念珠菌的感染特性及耐药性特点。方法随机抽取2000个标本,分离出615株念珠菌,采用科码嘉显色培养基培养,用念珠菌药敏测定试剂盒进行药敏试验。结果615株念珠菌里面,白色念珠菌含量最高,痰液检出率最高,呼吸科分布最多;65岁以下患者念珠菌的分离率明显低于65岁以上的患者。药敏实验中,5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、制霉菌素、酮康唑对常见念珠菌的敏感率均大于95%;益康唑对常见念珠菌敏感率大于80%;伊曲康唑、氟康唑、咪康唑对常见念珠菌的敏感率均小于50%。结论要重视菌株特性与耐药性,合理使用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the characteristics and drug resistance of Candida in our hospital. Methods 2000 specimens were randomly extracted,615 strains of candida were isolated,Candida pathogens were cultured in CHROMagar colored medium. and drug sensitive test was performed by fungal identification strip. Results 615 strains of candida,Candida albicans was the highest levels,Sputum was the highest percentage,Respiratory was the highest distribution;Under the age of 65 patients with candida separation rate was lower than that of patients over the age of 65.In the medicine sensitive experiment,5-fluorine cytosine,Amphotericin b、Nystatin and Ketoconazole were sensitive to common candida were greater than 95%;Econazole was sensitive to common candida was greater than 80%;Itraconazole,fluconazole,miconazole were sensitive to common candida were all less than 50%. Conclusion We should pay attention to the characteristics and drug resistance of Candida,Rational use of antimicrobial agents in the future.
