| 摘 要： | 目的：研究鼻内镜下电凝止血在顽固性鼻出血患者的应用效果。方法选择2011年1月~2012年5月在我院进行治疗顽固性鼻出血的患者96例，将其随机分成两组，对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规的填充治疗，观察组采用鼻内镜下电凝止血治疗，对比治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组，再次出血率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻内镜下电凝止血治疗顽固性鼻出血应用效果高，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application effect of coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscope to treate obstinte epitaxis patients. Methods Select 96 patients who were treated for obstinte epitaxis in our hospital from Jan 2011 to May 2012,and divided them into two groups randomly, the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated by routine nasal packing hemostasis,and the observation group were treated with coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscope,and then the treatment effects were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than the control group and it has a significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The value of application effect of using coagulation hemostasis nasal endoscope to treat obstinte epitaxis is higher ,it is worthy of promoting and using in clinic. |
