中医适宜技术敷贴

本文从敷贴疗法与黑膏药的起源和发展简史，中药药剂学的药材制备、赋形剂、剂型，临床辨证、施治方法、药物配伍原则及两者适应证方面，分别辨析两者区别与联系。意在寻求基层医院利用社区资源，充分发挥中医药适宜技术，继承传统敷贴疗法，以利于扩展中医药社区卫生服务项目。

Application method in feasible techniques of traditional Chinese medicine

The paper, based on the origin and development history of application method and black cream, distinguishes and analyzes the differences and relations between the two treatments in terms of preparation of medicinal materials, excipients and dosage forms in pharmaceutics of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as clinical syndrome differentiation, treatment, drug compatibility and indications of the two treatments. The objective is to encourage hospitals at grassroot level to make good use of resources from communities, promote feasible techniques of traditional Chinese medicine and pass on the traditional application method, so as to expand the community health service in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
