| 摘 要： | 生物信息学是综合运用生物学、数学、物理学、信息科学以及计算机科学等学科的理论方法而形成的交叉学科，它为药物设计提供了新的方法。本文结合药物设计的现状与发展对生物信息学在药物设计中的应用进行综述。
