| 摘 要： | 目的:观察眼针疗法对脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损程度和Barthel指数的影响。方法:将80例脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,每组40例,其中治疗组采用眼针治疗,取偏瘫侧下焦区、上焦区和肾区,眶内横刺法,轻刮针柄,得气后留针15 m in;对照组采用体针治疗,取穴:曲池、外关、合谷、足三里、三阴交、太溪、太冲,普通针刺,平补平泻,留针30 m in。两组治疗均每日1次,15次一疗程。结果:共治疗2疗程后统计结果,两组神经功能缺损程度和Barthel指数积分较治疗前均明显改善(P0.01),治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:采用眼针治疗能显著改善脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损程度和Barthel指数,提示眼针疗法对脑梗塞患肢功能活动和日常生活能力的干预有重要的临床意义。
