摘    要:目的:探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌筛孔型中透明蛋白圆柱体的形成机理及组成成分。方法:采用了鞣酸电镜组织化学技术观察3例筛孔型腺样囊性癌。结果 在腺样囊性癌大小不等的筛孔周边分布着带状或三角形的瘤细胞,细胞胞突细长,相互吻合。胞浆中含有中间丝和肌微丝。在胞浆和胞突内可见两种类型的高尔基复合体来源的分泌囊泡。一种着色深黑,电子密度均匀,内含致密的前弹性蛋白分子;另一种着色浅灰,电子密度不均匀,内含微线状结构的前

ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC HISTOCHEMICAL STUDY ON THE FORMATION OF THE HYALINE PROTEIN CYLINDER IN ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA OF SALIVARY GLAND
Abstract:Objective:To study the mechanism and components of the hyaline protein cylinder(HPC) in adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) of salivary gland.Methods:Three cases of ACC(cribriform pattern) of salivary gland were observed by an electron microscopic histochemical technique.Results:The tumour cells were band shape and triangle shape around pseudocysts,the cytoplasm contained some intermediate filaments and myofilaments.Two different kinds of the Golgi complex derived vesicles were visualized in the cytoplasms of the band shape and triangle cells(neoplastic myoepithelial cells).Type one was small round vesicles with a uniform electron dense core of amorphous material and heavily stained;type two was small round vesicles with a non uniform electron dense core of filamentous material and stained grey.These materials were released into the pseudocysts by cytoplasmic exocytosis,and formed collagenous fibrillae and elastic fibers.Conclusion:The collagenous fibrillae and elastic fibers are main components of HPC, which are synthesized intracellularly and released into the pseudocysts by neoplastic myoepithelial cells.
