| 摘 要： | 雄性兔用75kg压力器,压右后肢大腿肌肉丰厚处1.5小时,1～3天后,出现肾肿胀,肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀、出血、瘀血和偶见微血栓,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀变性、部分坏死、间质瘀血和微血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Adult male rabbit was subjected to a pressure of 75kg,applied onto the must muscular part of the right hind thigh for 1. 5 hours. 1-3days after the treatment,the rabbit kidney showed following pathological changes: 1. gossly swollen, 2. cloudy swelling of glomerular capillaries, 3. capillary hemorrhange and (congestion ) "Xie Yu",4. microthrombi formation and 5. cloudy swelling and degeneration of renal tubular cells with necrosis. |
