| 摘 要： | 目的 建立城镇社区卫生服务管理模式指标体系.方法 采用文献研究法、专家论证法、Delphi专家咨询法相结合.结果 经过四轮Delphi专家咨询法确立了一个包括一级指标6个、二级指标23个、三级指标96个的指标体系,咨询专家权威系数、协调系数均较高.结论 评估指标的筛选方法是合理的,确定指标权重系数的方法是科学的,结果相对准确,建立的指标体系覆盖面广,具有有效、可信、可操作性强等特点.
