ERK在大鼠浅筋膜中的表达及针刺后的改变特征

摘    要:目的 探讨针刺对SD大鼠浅筋膜层的细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK1/2)表达情况的影响.方法 18只SD大鼠随机分为6组,对照组和针刺1、2、3、4、5组,每组大鼠3只.针刺各组在大鼠腹股沟区给予电针治疗后,分别在针刺后0、1、6、12和36 h等5个时间点取以针刺点为圆心,直径约1.5 cm处的浅筋膜,对照组也在针刺点相应的部位和足三里穴区取材.用Westernblot蛋白免疫印迹方法检测各组的ERK1/2及磷酸化ERK1/2(p-ERK1/2)的表达情况.结果 穴位和非穴区的浅筋膜的ERK1/2和p-ERK均有表达,但两者未见明显差异,针刺后各组针刺侧的ERK1/2的表达均明显高于自身对照侧.结论 正常的疏松结缔组织中可能通过ERK细胞信号转导蛋白的磷酸化来参与组织的增殖和分化;而针刺对于ERK信号转导有促进作用,这也可能是针灸对机体的病理和生理状态进行调控的机制之一.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on the expression of extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2) in the subcutaneous fascia of SD rats.
