| 摘 要： | 气管是胸片上的重要结构,它可以提供关于气管本身和纵隔、肺的许多重要信息,仔细观察气管的形态、位置和轮廓不仅能发现气管本身的病变,而且还有助于其他胸部疾病特别是纵隔肿块的定位和定性诊断。本文讨论了阅读胸片时常规仔细观察气管的重要性,强调气管不是也不应该是胸片上的＂盲区＂。

| Abstract: | The trachea is an important structure in the chest radiogram.It provide information about intratracheal lesions and help in localization and differental diagnosis of mediastinal masses and the other thoracic diseases,This article discussed the value of careful study of the trachea in chest radiology and stressed that the trachea is not and does not have to be a "blind spot". |
