| 摘 要： | 目的：应用DNA末端标记法探计激素受体阴性乳癌细胞凋亡和Cyclin DI之间的关系。方法：通过1，25（OH）2D3诱发雌激素受体阴性乳癌细胞株MDA－MB－435s凋亡，采用MTT法检测细胞增殖情况，TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡数、免疫组化法检测Cyclin DI，进行相关性分析。结果：在10^-8M1,25(OH)2D3诱发MDA－MB－435s凋亡过程中，癌细胞凋亡率与Cyclin DI表达呈负相关。结论：Cyclin DI的检测可以直接反应雌激素受体阴性乳癌细胞株的凋亡，为临床评价雌激素受体阴性乳癌的治疗效果提供新的指标。
