平度市劳动者职业健康监护现状调查

目的了解平度市劳动者的职业健康监护状况,切实保护劳动者职业健康权益和生命安全。方法 2007年9月—2010年7月对平度市285家企业及其劳动者进行调查,通过问卷方式填写调查表并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 285家企业组织岗前、在岗、离岗体检率、建档率分别为12.28%、57.19%、2.81%、39.30%;接触职业病危害职工29 839名,农民工24 212人。农民工岗前、在岗、离岗的体检率分别为22.21%、40.63%、1.90%,非农民工为51.88%、78.49%、5.49%,农民工职业健康体检率明显低于非农民工,两者差异有统计学意义。结论平度市接触职业病危害劳动者特别是农民工职业健康监护率偏低,应引起重视。

Investigation on the occupational health surveillance among workers in Pingdu City

Objective]To understand the status of occupational health surveillance among workers in Pingdu City,and protect the occupational health and safety rights of workers.Methods]A total of 285 enterprises and their workers were analyzed in Pingdu City from September 2007 to July 2010,by way of completing the survey questionnaire and analysis of survey results.Results] The examination rate of pre-post,on-post,leaving post and filing rate were 12.28%,57.19%,2.81%,39.30% respectively.A total of 29 839 workers exposed to occupational hazards,with 24 212 of peasants,The examination rate of pre-post,on-post,leaving post among migrant workers were 22.21%,40.63%,1.90%;that of non-migrant workers were 51.88%,78.49%,5.49%,The occupational examination rate of migrant workers was significantly lower than that of non-migrant workers,with a significant difference.Conclusion]The occupational health surveillance rate of workers especially the migrant workers exposed to occupational hazards is low which should attract more attentions.
