摘    要:目的调查与分析深圳市某塑胶五金厂一起急性混合气体吸入反应的原因,防止类似事件的发生。方法采用流行病学、职业卫生学的调查方法,对患者所在的封闭式丝印车间丝印生产线相关岗位进行空气中有害物质浓度监测,对工作场所使用的洗面水、洗网水、开油水、油墨等挥发性气体进行质谱分析以及对有吸入反应的工人进行健康状况调查。结果根据调查,初步考虑为一起因接触车间空气中较高浓度的有机溶剂而引起的急性混合气体吸入反应事件。结论凡有使用洗面水、洗网水、开油水等有机溶剂的封闭式车间,应弄清其有毒物质化学成分,完善车间通风排毒系统,并严格要求发放和佩戴有效的个人防护用品。

Abstract:[Objective]To investigate and analyze the reason for inhalation reaction of acute mixed gas in a plastic hardware of Shenzhen City,and prevent the occurrence of similar events.[Methods]The epidemiology and occupational hygienes were adopted for the monitoring of the concentration of harmful substances in screen printing production line positions of a closed workshop.The mass spectrometric analysis was performed on surface washing water,screen washing agent,oil water,ink and other volatile gases,and health status investigation was on workers with inhalation reaction.[Results]According to the survey,preliminary determination was that the acute mixture gases inhalation reaction was due to the workplace air containing a high level of organic solvent.[Conclusion]The closed screen printing workshop with surface washing water,screen washing agent,oil water,and other volatile gases should have perfect ventilation plant detoxification systems,and workers should understand the chemical composition of toxicants and their personal protective equipment must be sufficient and effective.
