摘    要:目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定白酒中甲醇和杂醇油。方法:采用程序升温法,选用大口径HP-INNOWAX柱,气相色谱法测定测定白酒中甲醇和杂醇油的最佳条件。结果:在选定的试验条件下,各组分线性良好。检出限:甲醇0.5 ng,异丁醇0.2 ng,异戊醇0.12 ng。相对标准偏差在1.21%~3.93%之间,样品的加标回收率在91.5%~101%之间。结论:该方法准确灵敏、精密度好,适用于白酒中甲醇和杂醇油的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the method for determination of methylic alcohol and fusel oil in the wines by gas chromatography with programmed temperature.Methods: Programmed temperature method,HP-INNOWAX column and gas chromatography were used to determine methylic alcohol and fusel oil in wines.Results: Good linearities were obtained in all groups under this experimental condition,the relative standard deviation in the range was 1.21%~3.93%,the recovery rate was 91.5%~101%,detection limit of methylic alcohol was 0.5 ng,isobuthl alcohol was 0.2 ng,and isoamyl alcohol was 0.12 ng.Conclusion: The method had the advantages of good precision,accuracy and sensitivity,which was suitable to determine methylic alcohol and fusel oil in the wines.
