产科常见护理纠纷发生的原因分析与对策

目的 为了提高产科护理人员的法律意识和自我保护意识，减少护理纠纷。方法通过强化法制观念、服务意识、转变服务观念、严格执行各项规章制度，规范护理文书书写，规范言行，认真履行告知义务，认真实施健康教育，按标准收费并实行一日清单制。结果护理质量显著提高，患者的满意率提高至95％以上，护理纠纷发生率减少75％。结论针对产科护理纠纷发生的原因，采取防范措施，可提高护理质量，降低护理纠纷发生率。

Reasons Causing Common Nursing Disputes and Its Countermeasures in Obstetrics Department

Objective To improve the legal consciousness of nurses in obstetric department and protect themselves from nursing disputes. Methods Consolidating the legal conception and service awareness, transforming the service conception, improving nurses' quality, reinforcing scientific management, carrying out nursing regulations strictly, formulating nursing docu-ments, standardizing speech and action, performing informing duty seriously, carrying out healthy education seriously, performing cost standard and detailed list daily. Results The quality of nursing was improved obviously. The rate of patients that was pleased with the nursing service was higher than 95 % . The incidence rate of nursing disputes was reduced by 75 % . Conclusions The analysis of the reasons causing nursing disputes and the establishment of countermeasures can improve the quality of nursing service and reduce the incidence rate of nursing disputes in obstetrics department.
