儿童脑性瘫痪69例CT检查

目的：明确儿童脑性瘫痪CT表现的异常改变。材料与方法：对69例脑性瘫痪患儿进行颅脑CT扫描的病例作为分析对象。男性46例，女性23例，6个月－3岁43例；4－7例26例；3岁以内占62％，着重分析脑内病变CT特点。结果：69例中CT异常占97％，CT表现为（1）脑萎缩改变，占72．5％；（2）脑发育异常占24．6％；（3）正常占2．9％。脑萎缩改变是儿童脑性瘫痪最常见的CT表现。结论：CT表现的分析基本反映了儿童脑性瘫痪的病理改变，说明CT检查作用在于明确病变范围和追随观察治疗效果。

Cerebral Palsy in Children: CT Examinations of 69 Cases

Purpose:To define the abnormal change of CT expression for cerebral palsy in children.Materials and Methods:69 cases of cerebral palsy were image by CT.The male 46 cases;the female 23 cases,The age between 6 months-3 years had 43 cases;The age between 4 to 7 occupied 26 cases;The cases less than 3 years old occupied 62% in all the cases.CT analyze the concrete result.Results:The cases of CT abnormity occupied 97% in 69 cases,CT representation (1)Encephalanalosis occupied 72 5% in 69 cases(2)Encephalodysplasia.These cases occupied 24 6% in 69 cases;(3)Normal.These cases occupied 2 9% in 69 cases.Encephalanalosis is the most familiar CT representation of cerebral palsy in children.Conclusion:CT expressional analyze basically reflects the pathology change of cerebral palsy in children.It explains CT in the diagnose for sicken children of cerebral palsy has much value.
