| 摘 要： | 随着2001年人类基因组全序列完整草图的完成,宣告人类基因组计划进入后基因组时代,即蛋白组计划。蛋白组学的研究成为各国专家的研究重点。本文综述了蛋白组学研究技术及其在泌尿病学中的最新进展,对临床泌尿系疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供了新的方向。

| Abstract: | In 2001,the human genome was completed,the characterization of the proteins encoded by the sequence remained a challenging task.The "Postgenomics" already comes,referred to as proteomics,will be essential to all experts in the world.Here,we review the progress of proteomics technique and its application in urologic disease in order to provide new direction about early diagnosis and treatment. |
