孟鲁司特治疗儿童控制不良性哮喘疗效观察

目的：观察孟鲁司特治疗儿童控制不良性哮喘的疗效。方法：将48例控制不良性哮喘患儿随机分为两组，治疗组采用GINA方案及孟鲁司特治疗3－6个月，对照组单独使用GINA方案治疗。结果：治疗6个月后，治疗组的发作次数、发作时间均少于对照组，且肺功能有显著改善。结论：孟鲁司特可减少儿童控制不良性哮喘发作次数及发作时间，并能提高患儿的肺功能。

Efficacy observation of Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma. Methods： 48 cases of children with control difficult asthma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated with GINA and Montelukast for 3-6 months, the control group treated with GINA. Results： After 6 months of treatment in treatment group, the asthma attack times and attack time were less than the control group, and significantly improved lung function. Conclusion： Montelukast in the treatment of children with control difficult asthma can reduce the asthma attack times and attack time. and improve the lung function.
