诺维本加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌20例观察

目的　观察抗肿瘤新药诺维本 (NVB)加顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)的疗效。　方法　 2 0例 期 NSCL C病人 (腺癌 12例 ,鳞癌 8例 ;9例初治 ,11例复治 )用 NVB- DDP治疗 2个周期以上。　结果　完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 9例 ,无变化 8例 ,进展 2例 ,总有效率 5 0 %。主要毒性为骨髓抑制及静脉炎。　结论　以 NVB- DDP联合化疗治疗晚期 NSCL C有效率高 ,毒性可以耐受 ,值得进一步观察探讨。

Observation of Combined Chemotherapy with Navelbine and Cisplatin in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective response rate of combined chemotherapy with NVB and DDP in advanced NSCLC. Methods 20 pts with confirmed stage IV NSCLC were admitted. Adenocarcinoma 12 pts,squamous carcinoma 8 pts; 9 pts were first time chemotherapy and 11 pts had prior chemotherapy. {Results} The overall response rate was 50%(10/20):CR 5%(1/20) and PR 45%(9/20),stable disease 40%(8/20) and 10%(2/20) progressed. The main toxicity was arrest of bone marrow and local phlebitis that can be abated by deep venous injection. Conclusion The treatment with NVB and DDP shows activity in advanced NSCLC and deserves further investigation.;
