嗅神经母细胞瘤（附6例报告）

本文报告嗅神经母细胞瘤６例，男女各３例，年龄１７岁～５９岁．检测ＮＳＥ（神经纤维烯醇化酶）、ＮＦ（神经纤维蛋白）和Ｓ～１００（Ｓ～１００蛋白）等阳性结果有助本病的诊断。全组病例均以鼻侧切开或颅面联合进路彻底切除肿瘤．结果：Ｂ期２例术后加放疗已生存１年和毛年．Ｃ期２例加术后放疗者已各随访５年和６．５年仍健在；Ｃ期单纯手术的２例于术后半年及１年内因肿瘤局部复发死亡．认为术后进行放疗能增加本病的治愈率．

Olfacfory Neuroblactoma (Report of Six Cases)

Six patients with olfactory neuroblastoma were reported. The ratio of male and female was equal and age ranged from 17 to 59 years old. Three of six patients were confirmed by pathologic examination and three by combined immunohistohemical investigation, because NSE (euro-specific enolase), NF(neurofilament protein) and S-100 protein)positive results can aid the diagnosis this tumor.In all patiens,the tumors were removed by lateral rhinotomy or combined skull with face approach.Median follow-up was half past four years.Four patients(two patients of stage B,two patients of stage C) were treated by complete surgical resection with postoperative radiotherapy.Two patients (sage c.)received surgical theragy along and deid of local recurrence within a year.Our experience suggests that complete surgical resection my be performed and is immediately followed by radiotherapy.
