早期乳腺癌CT检查的诊断价值分析

目的通过分析早期乳腺癌的CT影像学特点，探讨CT在诊断早期乳腺癌中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年5月～2012年5月的69例早期乳腺癌患者CT检查资料，分析总结影像学特征。结果CT检查早期乳腺癌的影像学征象主要为不规则形肿块状；另一个明显征象为钙化。病灶血流大小随患者年龄增加呈逐步减少趋势。其中，浸润性导管癌38例，导管内癌15例，单纯癌6例，小叶癌5例，小管癌5例；TNM分期：I期44例，IIa期25例；按部位：单侧59例，双侧10例；转移方面：伴腋窝淋巴结转移24例，肋下、肺间转移6例。结论CT检查既可以提高早期乳腺癌检出的灵敏度，也可以提高特异度，对早期乳腺癌的临床诊断有重大意义。

The analysis of diagnostic value of CT examination on early breast cancer

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT examination on early breast cancer by analyzing CT imaging features. Methods The CT imaging results of 69 cases of early breast cancer patients were retrospective analyzed in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012. Results The mainly imaging of the early breast cancer under CT examination was irregular mass shape, the other obvious sign was calcification. With the increase of age of the patients, the size of lesion of blood flow gradually reduced. To all patients, infiltrating ductal carcinoma observed in 38 cases, intraductal carcinoma observed in 15 cases, carcinoma observed in 6 cases, lobular carcinoma observed in 5 cases, and tubular carcinoma observed in 5 cases. TNM stage： 44 patients with stage I, 25 patients with stage 11 a. According to the part： unilateral observed in 59 cases, bilateral observed in 10 cases. Conclusion CT examination can improve the sensitivity and specificity of early breast cancer detection, it is of great worth for early breast cancer clinical diagnosis.
