替莫唑胺联合三维适形放疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤的临床观察

目的探讨替莫唑胺联合三维适形放疗治疗恶性胶质瘤的方案与效果。方法选取脑胶质瘤患者58例，随机分为观察组28例和对照组30例。术后2～3周对照组接受三维适形放疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行替莫唑胺化疗。观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应，随访观察生存率。结果治疗3个月后，对照组和观察组的有效率分别为20．0％、50．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；1年、2年、3年存活率分别为46．7％、23．3％、13.3％和75．0％、46．4％、21．4％，中位存活分别为10个月和22个月差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：不良反应无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论替莫唑胺联合i维适形放疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤有确切的疗效，且相对安全。

Clinical observation on treatment of malignant glioma by temozolomide combined with three dimensional conformal radiation

Objective To explore the methods and effect ot treating mahgnant ghoma by temozoloide comnmea With three dimensional confonnal radiation. Methods A total of 58 cases with malignant glioma were selected as research objects,and 28 cases were divided into observation group radomely,and 30 cases were divided into control group. Patinets in control group accepted three dimensional conformal radiation 2 to 3 weeks after operation,yet patients in observation group were added chemotherapy by temozolomide based on control group. Curative effect,adverse reaction and survival rate of two groups were observed. Results Effective rate in control group and observation group were 20.0% and 50.0% respectively after treatment 3 months,and survival rate of 1,2 and 3 years were 46.7% ,23.3%, 13.3% and 75.0% ,46.4%,21.4%,and median survival time were 10 and 22 months,and there was statistical difference between above indicators （P 〈 0.05）. Yet there was no statistical difference on adverse reaction between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It has definite curative effect of treating malignant glioma by temozolomide combined with three dimensional conformal radiation, also with higher safety.
